To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeeph, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:
eeeph's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
eeeph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the eeeph Privacy Policy.
eeeph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all related regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data is collected for purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

eeeph reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the communication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting eeeph support.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. eeeph recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after an absence of 30 days or more.
eeeph may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure of your Account for legitimate reasons, eeeph will return any available real money balance to you via your registered payment method, net of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds and winnings from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not refundable upon closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to eeeph's customer support team for informal resolution. eeeph aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5–10 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents eeeph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from Philippine courts where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
