You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the platform, but may affect certain functionality such as remembered preferences. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to your Account.

§8Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data

eeeph does not disclose your personal data to third parties except in the following specific circumstances:

• Payment service providers: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya (Voyager Innovations Inc.), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment partners — solely to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and Philippine BSP regulations.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, eeeph ensures that such transfers comply with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, including:

Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy constitutes your informed consent to cross-border data transfers that occur as part of the eeeph service delivery in accordance with the safeguards described above.

§10Data Security Measures

eeeph implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your browser and eeeph's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Connections without SSL are rejected.

§11Data Retention and Deletion

After the applicable retention period has elapsed, personal data is securely deleted from eeeph's systems using methods appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including cryptographic erasure of encrypted data and secure overwriting of storage media.

§12Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by eeeph:

Some requests may be subject to identity verification before they can be processed.

§13Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The eeeph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gambling activities in the Philippines. eeeph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory part of the eeeph registration and KYC process. If eeeph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned where legally permissible, and the personal data will be deleted from eeeph's systems without undue delay.
